1. Using Saino

Saino provides AI-driven tools and APIs (“Services”) that help users generate, refine, analyze, and automate information workflows.

By using Saino, you agree to:

• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt system operations.

• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

2. Intellectual property

All intellectual property — including models, code, text, and visual assets — belongs to Saino Inc. You retain ownership of your own input and output content, except where prohibited by law or third-party rights.

You grant Saino a limited license to process your inputs solely to deliver and improve the Services.

3. User content

You are responsible for any data, prompts, or materials you input into Saino.

Do not use the platform to upload, share, or generate:

• Illegal or malicious content

• Personally identifiable information (PII) without consent

• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

We may review content only as necessary to ensure safety, integrity, and compliance.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Prices may change with notice.

We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and do not store full credit card details. Refunds are handled per our refund policy available at saino.ai/pricing.

5. Limitation of liability

Saino is provided “as is.”  We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or suitability for specific purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saino Inc. and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
